Atlantic cod (lat. name – Gadus Morhua) is a sea fish, which is valuable seafood. It contains large amount of protein, B vitamins, Omega 2 and many other useful substances.
Supply of fresh-caught cod is possible throughout the year, regardless of season, as fishing is carried out all year round. Fishing is carried out by NWFC trawl vessels in ecologically clean water of the Barents Sea (zone FAO 27). Its production at out factory has been successfully certified according to MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) standards.
Right after being caught, the fish is shock frozen and packed into containers for further transportation observing all the quality requirements. Products frozen this way preserve all their useful properties and natural flavor.
